We have in-house repair and calibration facilities with a wide range of spare parts and technical documentation, service manuals etc. to be able to offer our customers after sales support by our factory trained and experienced engineers.

We are able to offer fixed price repair and calibration traceable to National Standard.

Telonic holds stocks of a wide range of instruments at its Wokingham premises, enabling rapid delivery (usually overnight in the U.K). Deliveries to Europe take approximately 3 working days.

We are approved to ISO9001 by NQA (National Quality Assurance). Telonic carry out quality assessments on all of our suppliers to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

To ensure our customers receive fault free products we carry out a documented pre-delivery inspection prior to shipment.

If requested a Certificate of Conformance can be supplied with goods free of charge.
