EBF Smart Inprint has a range of Card Products that are simple and easy to use. They are robust, durable and uniquely designed to enhance your club or organisations image.The cards can be issued at point of sale and they require no additional machinery to finish them. Cold-Seal/Self-Seal Laminate Flap. A laminate flap is attached at one edge to most of our card products. When the card's details have been filled in the laminate flap is then sealed down by hand. Once sealed down the card is tamper evident (any attempt to remove the laminate will destroy the card's contents and structure). Used by Schools, Colleges and Universities, Leisure Centres, Sports Clubs, Local Authorities, Travel Operators, Holiday Parks, Theme Parks, Associations, Retail Trade, Health and Medical, Exhibition and Event Organisers etc.

Self adhesive Self-seal Laminate Flap attached at edge on front, back or both sides. Insert photo, write in details etc. and seal down flap by hand. Available clear or with a translucent multicoloured pattern that changes colour when moved. Part of the card's design can be printed in Heat Sensitive Ink. When the printed ink becomes warmer it will disappear and reappear as it cools down. A Space for a photo can be included in the card design. The photo is sealed under the Laminate Flap. Print text or logo to adhesive side of laminate. Print cannot be removed or altered. A sequential number can be included on the front, back or both sides of the card. The number is sealed under the Laminate Flap. Screen printed scratch off panel. Scratch off panels and reveal hidden text or number etc. A sequential Barcode can be included on the front, back or both sides of the card. We have many different Barcode types available. The barcode is sealed under the Laminate Flap. Holograms and/or Foils can be put onto the laminate or card surface. Both Holograms and Foils have many different designs and colours available Screen printed clear, white or coloured panel(s) printed on either the laminate or card (plastic grade and 760 grade only). Sign for authentication. Magnetic strip on the laminate which is encoded with the end users details. Once encoded can be read by a card reader. Card design can include Bright Fluorescent colours which cannot be easily forged. 760 Grade only. Emboss the card with users details, Name, D.O.B., Expiry Date etc. The Embossed characters can be tipped either gold or silver. UV Light Sensitive Ink, invisible to the human eye but when exposed to a UV light source the print becomes visible. A substrate with UV Light Sensitive hairs scattered across its surface. When exposed to a UV light source the hairs glow brightly. If no details need to be added to the card by the end user then the laminate is pre-sealed at the factory. Numbering and/or Barcoding can be applied at the factory before being pre-sealed. Available clear or with a translucent multicoloured pattern that changes colour when moved.
