CeilCote Process Overview
What you want is a new look ceiling, what you don’t want is any downtime or disruption to your business. Don’t worry, we work to suit you not us! In fact we’ll go out of our way to complete the job during the most unsociable hours just so your workplace can be used again as quickly as possible.
The work area is completely protected with special clear polythene sheeting and all fittings & fixings are masked to prevent over-spray. Sections of a convenient size are curtained off to enable them to be completed during each shift - up to 800 metres of ceiling can be completed overnight!
The ceiling is then cleaned with specially formulated agents to remove nicotine, dirt, grease and carbon deposits. All stains are treated and minor damage is repaired. The entire area is now sprayed with the appropriate CeilCote ceiling coating.
The work area is then surveyed before we remove all protective materials. Any necessary action is taken to ensure the area is left as it was found prior to commencement of the work.
CeilCote Benefits
Skilfully executed by our highly trained operatives, the CeilCote process leaves no mess or residue: all walls, floors, furniture and fittings are totally protected. In fact, if it wasn’t for the dazzling new look ceiling, you wouldn’t even know we had been there!
CeilCote - Ceiling Spraying Costs
Weigh up the facts and you’ll find that CeilCote is the most cost effective route to a brand new look: especially when you consider that we can totally recondition your ceiling for up to 80% less than the cost of replacement - that’s some saving!
To find out just how little it would cost you, simply contact us with the area of your ceiling in square metres and we’ll quickly provide you with a quotation. Alternatively, if you’re not sure of the area, or if you have a lot of ceilings to be refurbished, we can of course visit your premises to survey the project and provide a competitive price.
The cost will depend on the extent of the ceiling area, but as a guide our charges range from £4.00 to £12.00 per square metre for all types of ceiling.

Electrostatic/Conventional Spraying
CeilCote specialise in electrostatic spraying nationally throughout the UK. We’ve been involved in the spray coatings industry since 1989 providing our clients with quality products, workmanship and competitive prices. Electrostatic spraying is ideal for a wide variety of applications including metal office furniture, partitions, lift doors, radiators, air conditioning units, cladding, shelving, heater casings, roller shutters etc.
The main advantage to working with electrostatic is no over-spray thus enabling spraying to be carried out on site. The specially formulated electrostatic spray coating maintains the manufacturer’s factory finish and is quick drying (touch dry in 2 hours). Most work is carried out to the client’s request, which is normally out of hours, thus ensuring office productivity is not interrupted. Electrostatic coatings are available in a variety of colours including BS, RAL and Colour Dimensions.
A water based odour-free coating is available for internal surfaces, where solvent based coatings are not suitable.
Our specialised service can save more than 80% of the cost of renewal, thus making this process very attractive to office budgets.
Shopfront Spraying
CeilCote spray shopfronts using two-part pack epoxies and air drying synthetic enamels, which provide a hard durable finish for outdoor applications. Available in a variety of colours to suit individual client’s needs.
We also have facilities for in-house off-site spraying.
