Easy reliable Pasteurisation and Sterilisation monitoring
Date: 17/03/2008

In today’s fast food and drink lifestyle it is incumbent on all producers to be able to substantiate the processes used to produce food that is SAFE to CONSUME and ECONOMICAL to produce.

Failure to support safety measures is painful, fines  are substantial and harmful  to the producers reputation, not withstanding any illness caused to the consumer.
Being able to prove that correct pasteurisation, sterilisation, transportation and storage proves  due diligence.

Jdl is therefore pleased to announce the TDL-130 data logger that monitors the sterilisation process, in cans, bottles, jars or other containers in tunnels or in autoclaves up to 130°C. Simple to set up and easy to use software produces proof of correct processing. It also enables the producer to ensure that he is maintaining correct temperatures throughout the process .
TDL-130 is a small easy to use “put it in the process data logger” that when coupled with Win Pasteur software, interface cable and temperature probe proves that the correct temperatures over the right time at the right sequence occur. As well as showing that it is all correct in the process it may also show that you could save money where the temperatures are over the pasteurisation requirement!. The software Reporter provides screen data or hard copy print out of  calculated Pasteurisation units (PU), T Max pasteurisation time and time above a preset temperature.

Attached is a photo graph of TDL-130 held in a hand. Also available are a full range of accessories; choice of interchangeable probes, Check Plug that is used with the calibration adapter to verify automatically the accuracy of the recorder to an accuracy of ±0.1°C at 60°C
Operates from a user changeable lithium battery. Operates over the Temperature range 0-130°C  with a resolution of 0.13°C and offers an accuracy of ±0.2°C.
