Inline with our policy of continuous improvement and development and to meet the increasing numbers of orders Weforma Dämpfungstechnik GmbH has invested 1.4 Million Euros into the expansion of its production facilities. Five new CNC machines have been installed in order to ensure shorter delivery times for our customers. The machines from “Nakamura-Tome” and “Hwacheon” contain the latest CNC technology and enable us to raise our already high quality standard.

Faster turn-around times are achieved due to “double spindle technology”. With machinery axis operating speeds of 40m/min, perfectly coordinated mechanics and mechatronics together with 2-channel control the machines represent a new dimension of complete processing. Further technical details include two fast rotating turret heads with 24 stations each and switch times of 0.1 sec from station to station.
