Pioneers in exterior secondary reflector systems, Sill Lighting, launches its' new 545 series Fumay system this month

The new system comprises a column-mounted compact Sill 421 series projector with a 150W HIT Powerball lamp projecting light onto an innovative batwing distribution 545 series secondary reflector for glare-free lighting. The Sill 421 series projector used in this system is from the new Mini City Liter series introduced last year and is a half size version of the successful City Liter 453 series. Made in diecast aluminium throughout, it uses Sill’s renowned high performance optics for light projection onto the secondary reflector. Within the diecast aluminium head frame is an asymmetrically ribbed high purity aluminium reflector which creates a well controlled batwing distribution with minimum glare. The Fumay system thus provides an optimum means of achieving glare-free lighting with good uniformity and lends itself to the lighting of city centre streets and large pedestrian zones.
