WorkPoint have announced a series of developments and extensions to AirBench, their market leading downdraught bench. Following upgrades to a range of components, AirBench is now available with true HEPA H12 filtration, allowing the use of AirBench in full cleanroom environments. Appropriate pre-filters are fitted as standard to protect the main filters in this top-end filtration system.
AirBench for Cleanrooms is also supplied complete with flush mounted speed controller and lockable castors as standard to facilitate cleaning operations.
Development of the HEPA AirBench has driven improvements in sealing technology across the range, including the provision of purpose-designed seals from one of the UK’s leading rubber fabricators. This soft, flexible seal, gives a measurable performance increase over standard foam strip seals. AirBench with HEPA filters is now in live operation in a range of customer environments across the UK.
AirBench is the European market leading downdraught extraction system, offering a self-contained solution to a huge range of dust and fume extraction problems – all without ductwork and running from a 13 amp socket.
