ANT PDA Auditor launches key management facilities as well as 40% time savings and audit report produced in minutes.

The highly successful ANTAUDITOR - PDA Based auditing solution has launched two additional modules to enhance the overall management facilities. The DRILLDOWN ANALYSIS facility enables the manager to investigate and analyse audit results from every direction. From overall Company % down to region, Site and department level.

Analyse non conformities by question, importance (i.e. legislation) and type. Also alalyse conformities to identify what are the companys strengths & weaknesses. The AUTOMATIC ACTION MANAGEMENT module finally provides the solution to the effective management of non conformance actions. When the results of the audit from the PDA are transferred to the PC, action management is automatic from there on.

A- The local supervisor (and manager) are automatically emailed. B- If the action is still outstanding in a week (user defined) then a chase email is automatically sent to supervisor and manager. C- If after x emails (user defined) the action is still outstanding then an email is sent to local supervisor, Manager and the managers BOSS.
